If you are interested in learning about paper crafts, look no further!  I teach a variety of classes throughout the year through both the HC Recreation and Parks department and the Columbia Art Center. I also do private classes if you live in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, AAC, and HC.

Fall and Winter Classes

Intro to Paper Crafting
Who: Truly anyone!  Whether you’re and experienced paper crafter or have never crafted in you life, this class is for you.  No experience necessary. (Adults 18+ only)
What: Fun hobbies include scrapbooking, card-making, school projects, and paper crafting. Stamping is the process of transferring and replicating an image onto a surface.  Learn the tools and techniques behind rubber-stamping plus the skills to add chic designs to your crafts.  Then learn to apply these techniques to greeting cards.  At the end of this class, receive step by step instructions on how to create your very own greeting cards.

Card Making Class
Who: Anyone who wants to learn how to create stunning greeting cards with paper, ink and all sorts of other items! Intro Classes or prior experience recommended.  (Adults 18+ only)
What: There are many techniques, skills, tools, and methods to card making.  This class will depend your knowledge and provide you with new methods for card making.  During this class you will apply new techniques and skills to make 2-3 beautiful card designs.  Spend the class creating a variety of greeting cards, such as thank, get well, birthday, graduation, miss you, and more, while continuing to expand your knowledge of paper crafting.  Each class date will have a new set of card designs specific for the time of year.  Attend all the classes to have an assortment of fabulous greeting cards.

Tool Time for Scrapbooking
Who: Anyone who wants to learn how to create stunning techniques with paper, ink and all sorts of other items! Intro to Stamping & Embossing or prior experience recommended.  (Adults 18+ only)
What: Enjoy a slightly different approach that goes beyond the basics when learning how to scrapbook!  From paper cutters to Cricut machines, there are many tools to learn and use when scrapbooking.  Take this class to learn about and test the tools you might want to use for your scrapbook, greeting card, or other paper crafts.  At the end of this class, you will have a wide-range of knowledge about the different tools and techniques used in scrapbooking.  With this knowledge you will create your very own scrapbook layout!

Introduction to Papercrafting & Scrapbooking
Who: Truly anyone!  Whether you’re and experienced paper crafter or have never crafted in you life, this class is for you.  No experience necessary. (Adults 18+ only)
What: From scrapbooking and card-making to school projects, paper crafting is a fun hobby to explore! Rubber-stamping is a technique used most often in paper crafting.  It is the process of transferring and replicating an image onto a surface.  Learn techniques for rubber-stamping that will improve the look and feel of your handmade creations.  You will also learn about some of the tools and techniques behind paper crafting plus the skills to add chic designs to your crafts.  In this class you will apply these techniques to greeting cards and receive step by step instruction to create your own greeting cards.

Greeting Cards for All Occasions
Who: Truly anyone interested in extending their paper crafting skills.  Designed for continuing students. (Adults 18+ only)
What: In this fun filled class, learn more techniques that build on your knowledge of paper crafting.  Have fun creating 2-3 greeting cards for different occasions, such as birthday, holiday, or graduations.  book!

What: That is your choice!  I do specialized classes that fit your paper crafting needs.  Interested in learning about how to create beautiful home décor, I can do that!  Want to make a scrapbook, but don’t know where to begin?  I can help you with that too!  Maybe you just cannot attend the other class offerings; I can bring them to you!  Together we will create a class perfect for you.
When:  You pick the date and time!  Please check my Calendar of Events for availability or email me today.
Where: Private classes are done in the comfort of your own home; I bring all materials and supplies to you.  If you prefer a separate location additional costs will apply. 
Cost:  Private classes start from as little as $10 per person and up.  Each class requires it’s own materials and time schedule resulting in varying prices.
